Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT
Guaranteed deposit due within 7 days of booking. This deposit will be $300 per person. The deposit is non-refundable but in the event of cancellation we will hold this deposit for 12 months from cancellation date so you can use it within this 12 month period. Insurance is highly recommended and should be purchased at time of deposit. Anzcro Pacifica Inc reserves the right to charge you a late booking fee of US$50 per person for travel booked within 30 days of travel. Some tours have their own special deposit and payment requirements; you will be made aware of these at the time of booking.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS / BALANCE OF PAYMENT
Balance of payment is required no later than 45 days prior to travel.  If the balance is not paid by the stipulated date, the right is reserved to cancel the booking without further notice.  Additional deposits may be required for specific arrangements or by certain operators; if additional deposits are required, you will be notified at the time of making your reservation. All deposits paid will be deducted from the final balance. The final balance is due no later than 45 days prior to departure. For all bookings made within 45 days of departure from the U.S., full payment is required on confirmation. Payment of any money constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions as described herein by the purchaser and/or passenger.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received more than 6 weeks prior to departure will incur loss of the non-refundable deposit as specified above. Cancellations received less than 6 weeks and more than 3 weeks prior to departure will be charged 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 3 weeks and more than 7 days prior will be charged 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations under 7 days prior to departure will incur a fee equal to 100% of total tour cost. Some hotels, lodges, cruises and tour operators assess their own penalties for cancellations within 60 days and may be up to 100% of the total value. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

INSURANCE
All passengers are STRONGLY URGED to take out adequate insurance coverage to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. Anzcro Pacifica Inc uses Access America for all travel insurance. In the event of a traveler becomes ill during a tour, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility and they shall not be entitled to any refund, either total or partial, of passage money paid. Check with your agent as to what conditions and charges apply if you cancel your flight and/or land reservations.

FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel documentation, including airline tickets, vouchers, joining and departure details, and supplier addresses and phone contacts will be sent upon receipt of final payment. You will receive these documents approximately 2-3 weeks prior to travel.

VISAS
Visas are required for certain destinations. Please consult with your travel consultant and ask if you need a visa for your destination.

PRICES
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on Australian, New Zealand, South Pacific and European tariffs and are contracted in advance and are subject to currency fluctuations, changes in local taxes both here and overseas and increases by suppliers. ANZCRO Pacifica Inc reserves the right to amend prices should we incur increased taxes or any other relevant factors that may result in additional charges. There will be no reimbursement or refund for price differences due to local specials and local or domestic discounts. Acceptance of this arrangement is a condition of booking.

AMENDMENT FEES
Once a confirmation has been given booking has been made, you can make 3 amendments FREE, all subsequent amendments will be charged at US$20 per amendment prior to documentation being issued. After documentation has been issued any amendments will be charged a US$50 per amendment.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
With all the great travel ideas on our website it should be easy for you to choose a long duration holiday. If however you are not tempted to purchase a minimum of 7 days we regret we must charge you a booking fee of $50 per person. This is waived if you purchase your international airline ticket with Anzcro Pacifica Inc.

REFUNDS
Travel arrangements cancelled, amended or altered after your departure do not qualify for any refund whatsoever whether part of a package tour or individual components, nor can components be substituted for alternative arrangements.  No refund will be made for missed or unused services, hotels, meals, transfers or tours. Refunds are made for unused vouchers if the activity has been cancelled due to poor weather conditions or for reasons beyond the tour operators control.
A refund request must be made in writing within 30 days of travel. Refunds will incur a Processing Fee of $25 and may be subject to fees assessed by suppliers or vendors. Unused car or motorhome vouchers will not be refunded once you have left the USA in any circumstances.

AIR TRAVEL
Please check with your Travel consultant for special discounted airfares. The airlines are always releasing specials so call for the best up to date airfare quote.

ACCOMMODATION

• DOUBLE is based on 2 people sharing a room. Bedding would be either two single beds or 1 Double/Queen or King bed.
• TWIN is based on 2 people sharing a room. Bedding would be two single beds or 2 Double/Queen beds.
• TRIPLE is based on 3 people sharing a room. Bedding would be three single beds or 1 Double and 1 single or 2 Double/Queen beds, a rollaway also could be used.
• QUAD rooms are based on 4 people sharing a room. Bedding would be 2 Double beds, or 1 Double, 2 Single beds, a rollaway also could be used.
• Please be specific with us about the sleeping arrangements so we can suit your specific needs.
• ROLLAWAY BEDS sometimes are at a small cost.

OPERATOR'S RESPONSIBILITY
Anzcro Pacifica LLC and/or its agents, act only as agents for the various companies and lines of which tickets are available and these tours operate and assume no responsibility nor liability in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motor or other conveyances which may be used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger; neither will it be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger; or for any hotel proprietor, or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued. In the event that it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the Airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Airlines and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any passengers as members of the tours. Anzcro Pacifica Inc or agent can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or coupons.
